Ang Bagong Chicken ng Pinoy

manang's chicken

Hey there! It's been a while since I posted; I have been busy with my studies lately but I finally have the time to blog now! Hooray! Have you ever craved for fried chicken but tired of eating at McDonald's or Jollibee? Well, eto na ang bagong fried chicken ng mga Pinoy --- Manang's Chicken! Their chickens are different from other fast foods' chickens because for starters, the chicken comes in three different sauces --- original, mild spicy, or extra spicy! Another thing would be, unlike regular fast food areas, Manang's Chicken doesn't have gravy. They  deep fry their chicken twice to perfection to get rid of any excess oil, making it even more delicious! At a very affordable price, these chickens come in big servings! Of course, their chicken wouldn't be complete without their side dishes! You can choose from the traditional coleslaw, the creamy macaroni salad, or their crispy potato chips perfectly dipped in either garlic mayo or creamy cheese.

Yummy Salt and Pepper Spareibs

hanobe restaurant

Feeling like eating Chinese cuisine? Well, Hanobe is the perfect restaurant for you. Located at Banawe, Quezon City, they serve delicious Chinese cuisines. From the familiar fried rice & sweet and sour fish fillet to the exotic like salt and pepper frog legs, as well as pig's brain!
This salt and pepper spareribs is like the Chinese version of the crispy pata. The chef starts with seasoning the spareribs then deep frying it to perfection. After that, he mixes together in a pan--- garlic, onions, red and green bell peppers and tops in onto the spareribs. We all think that deep fried foods become dry and lose their flavors, but this is not one of them. The spareribs stay nice and tender and when you bite onto it, your mouth will be bursting with flavors. A combination of salty, sweet, as well as a little spice. This dish goes perfect with their vinegar-onion-garlic dip. This dish will surely make you come back for more!

Intro

Hi guys! I made this blog for my term project. I am from De La Salle University. Since my passion and hobby is food, I decided to do food reviews. I will be going to different restaurants, including the familiar ones, to recommend to you where you can find great tasting food! I will be posting pictures as well as my comments regarding the food.
